- Free Tier Access: Immediate access upon entering your email on our website. 25 library saves are credited to your account instantly.
- Pro Plan Upgrades ($6.99/mo or $49/yr): Account features (unlimited saves, section folder ZIP exports, print-ready PDF moodboards) are unlocked automatically the moment payment is verified by Stripe or Razorpay.
- Browser Extension: Delivered via direct installation through the official Chrome Web Store and Firefox Add-ons marketplace.
03 Delivery timeline & confirmation
Delivery is instantaneous:
- Provisioning Speed: Under 30 seconds following successful checkout.
- Receipt & Confirmation: An automated confirmation email with your invoice, order ID, and workspace access link is dispatched immediately to your registered billing email address.
04 Export downloads (ZIP, PDF, CSV, JSON, HTML)
When you request an archive download inside PinRip:
- Standard boards (under 500 pins) are assembled and delivered directly to your browser's download folder in real time.
- Large boards (thousands of pins) process asynchronously in the cloud, generating a secure one-time download link upon completion.
05 Troubleshooting access issues
If your payment was processed but your Pro features were not unlocked within 5 minutes:
- Verify that you are logged in using the same email address entered during checkout.
- Check your spam or junk folder for your PinRip confirmation receipt.
- Email our team immediately at pinrip.com@gmail.com with your transaction or invoice ID, and we will manually verify and unlock your account.
