01 Agreement to these terms
By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, or creating an account on PinRip, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software or services.
02 Definitions
- "PinRip", "we", "us", "our" means the PinRip software product and operating entity.
- "You", "your" means the individual or business entity subscribing to or using PinRip.
- "Service" or "Product" means the PinRip cloud archiving workspace, PDF moodboard builder, browser extensions, and related tools.
- "Pro" means the paid tier of PinRip ($6.99/month or $49/year).
03 Nature of the service & zero user uploads
PinRip operates strictly as an URL-import bookmarking, cataloging, and archiving workspace.
- No User File Uploads: PinRip does not allow users to upload arbitrary local files, images, or documents to our servers, nor does PinRip provide public file hosting or peer-to-peer file sharing.
- URL and Extension Workflow: Users import publicly accessible web and social board links (or use our client-side browser extension) to create private reference catalogs.
- Personal Reference Library: Visual items cataloged in your PinRip library are for your own personal reference, studio client moodboards, and private archival use.
04 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. If you use PinRip on behalf of a design firm, agency, or corporation, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.
05 Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at pinrip.com@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We never ask for your Pinterest or social network passwords.
06 Plans, pricing and renewals
- Free Plan: Includes 25 total library saves with single-item HD link import, color extraction, and board preview. No credit card is required.
- Pro Monthly: $6.99 per month, unlocking unlimited collection archiving, section folder ZIP exports, print-ready PDF moodboards, and CSV/JSON metadata exports.
- Pro Yearly: $49.00 per year ($4.08/month, providing 5 months free), with priority processing and all Pro features.
- Billing Cycle & Taxes: Subscriptions renew automatically on their stated frequency unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or Razorpay.
07 Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription anytime with a single click from your account billing settings. Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. 08 Acceptable use & restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use PinRip for automated commercial redistribution of third-party imagery without necessary permissions.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or overload PinRip's infrastructure or rate limits.
- Use the service to archive unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material.
09 Intellectual property & fair use archiving
PinRip respects creator copyright and intellectual property. Saving publicly accessible references into a private library for personal offline study, client moodboarding, or inspiration cataloging does not transfer copyright ownership of third-party works to you. Users remain responsible for respecting creator rights and obtaining commercial licenses prior to republishing copyrighted imagery.

Disclaimer: PinRip is an independent cloud archiving and visual organization software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest® is a registered trademark of Pinterest, Inc. All third-party trademarks, product names, and logos are the property of their respective owners.
11 Service availability & changes
We continuously enhance our service. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, PinRip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Saved library items stay exportable in standard formats (ZIP, PDF, CSV, JSON, HTML) so you never experience vendor lock-in.
12 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinRip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
